Description:
This lady had a long-standing nasal deformity with several critical anatomical traps for the surgeon. Reduction of bridge height and tip, bracing the airway, and augmenting the upper bridge and tip have given her better proportion, symmetry, and adequate tip projection. The nose looks normal and all natural surface landmarks and contours remain. Her columella is narrow. There are no signs of surgery, which is the goal. The benefits to her self-esteem are evident in her eyes.
